KC met mr Chang the first time - same as I . Chiang is mr Chang's secretary shed liaison to the land brokerage .

He want to sell it to 1700 millions nt. There's one agent working for 1 year without any improvement .

When Hubert told me it must be " a mature land " - I fully understand no one is willing to invest on such a scale bs not able to forecast a feasible ROI .

 I don't think it will work . If KC want to do some evaluations , would be better I thought
