Spend time with Ming in regard to his design for Xingwei college : do what other university don't or afraid - 4 capacity build up for student and to develop into 4 concentration , Ming is act as CEO of the college :

I will be response for creatively concentration .

Dave come to PULI and we talks over 3 things :

1) the entrepreneurship : Finland model will require me as facilitator to be trained by them 

2) creativity : Steve Vai and studio is not what Ming wish to see at the launch stage : he want to identify the skill set coming from the creativity expertise 

1. The spectrum of fields we approach 

2. The elite / expert in each filed 

3. Design and conduct survey in regard to how hey train / develop their creatively 

4. Analyze and craft upon the DNA 

5. We believe in creativity can be trained and accelerate
