1. Invite new investor to take significant share and hopefully to take over the management function . A best scenario for exit.
2. Change and build a real team : 3 part must take a step back and to re-generate comsensue before finalize the reporting line
3. Re-organization : replace current management team and recruiting those who buy in new corporate culture and willing to take risk on the journey together
There is no easy way out - 7 years golden cuff and life time commitment in marriage . I will try my best to lead it better
