Frank Chi is good in developing and selling his restaurant chain idea - to open 4 more shops in 2014 with a 50 millions capital investment - my concern 

1. The overall big picture in p and l 

2. The DNA and personality 1 b 2 go want to bring to the market 

3. The logistic and team to scale up
