IMaibo workshop and assessment

Imaibo consensus workshop 
1. When doing the process 
- personal brainstorm 
- team discussion ( post it and share your view point - other listened - integration to top 3 - write on flip char or whiteboard 
- big group discussion : moderator need to coach with protocol and finalized the top 
- owner and team : close eye for volunteers and teams 
- a who do what by when and how procedure mechanism 
🌺 finding 
- ricky is a soft ceo 
- Raymond is a dominate yet experienced operation head 
- Susan have something to say 
- Lita cares about morale 
- Eric join shortly but wish to be inform on the decision making process 
- hace handle finance , she is worried about traffics / product / revenue - how to sustain and survive ( and autograph of lee home 
- ran ( Yuang yang ) is very interred in SEE and zh island . He repaired for product and act like a thinker 
It's a very quite team compare with internet base company or start up - it's too mild .
 As the recognition is not there . Expolure is miner and brand / product not yet proven , my rationale convulsion is :
1. We need to revisit our mission and align with solid biz model 
2. Bring more diversity and vibe to the team 
3. Shorten the check and balance period . Not grag too long on the " start up period "
