Breaking and re-awareness

The no contact discipline broke by 10:20 when walk out Kevin's office , I hate to admit what brought me back to suspend my emotion of see it is the hermone ! The recover phone call took place by 10:30

Finish my cold noodle - emotions flipping , it seems I stir each other's life again , if there a better way to handle it . Why reality in the future can't stop me from making emotional reaction - again , again and again ?

Kevin brought the new GM - Davis to meet me by 9:30 am, I honestly tell them this is a private session and I request to talk with Kevin alone - it's not easy to unload his shed .
