Bought Chris lowery's book " jeroic leadership " talking about the Christian group which incubate leaders for 450 years . It pop up the 3rd keyword " more " ( magis ) 

- better is the first keyword I use

- change the second keyword people in the education secto use a lot 

Now I have the 3rd one : better , the 4 pericipal jeroic develop leaders are :

4. Ambitious about dream big ( heroism ) 

A very good book to read , but be careful , it will never be the case that once done your reading , you become the leader you wish.
