Non stop

Finish 3 days " team building " program for Regent Sales and Marketing team . I feel great . The score I give to myself is : first day 75 , second day : 85 and the third day : 98 ; it ain't easy to influence young people like this group !

 I arrive one day earlier , Melvin is do nice to me and invite me not only for a chat but to the dinner test as well , we spend many hours together , I didn't do any preparation on Sep.12

Night before I depart for Huilien , I just done the second round " Gesbey  " with Meilijg - after landing to Taiwan !

Steven don't want to do the firework , he asked the team to do some " marketing and sales planning " , I have to call him to clarify what I need to do. The last minutes and sudden change just like sting to a ballon , I am not in any mood to perform this training , not to mention I am doing it for free this time .

As I took a very light mood there , the first session in the afternoon wasn't good , I switch the talking to " get to know your exercise " and turn back the worsen ambience ! Until johari window sharing secret , I knew it's something seeding !

Too tired to do anything at night . I went for bad by 9:40 pm, thought I can buy time the follow day morning , it's not happen, I over sleep !

Thanks god the first speaker we invitees Mr. Huang is a good speaker : the good guy society's story to help farmers lead ivy to tears - mr. Huang is a good story teller .

I manage to do update and one impromptu presentation in the morning , it turn out to be excellent , some of the groups express their vulnerability and share story with tears . I knew I am on the right track now .

Joseph bring and conduct a " robot " team dynamic Experience game- it's good !

At night , we do some homework assign by Steven and have all team working on the final presentation on day 3. 

" secret angel " is a good ending high and the emotional connection arrived when every one sing Sky Wu's " Sharing ", it's the highlight of the day !
