FIH forum 7 : walk and buy

After the 99 rating REGENT forum 7 and one hour coaching with Teresa at AMBA , I decide to walk back home - or walk half back home : in the taxi now and it rains - I  am lucky as I carries so many staff I bought along the way to Ku ting station:

I managed to walk and buy for an hour and I think is might reach 10000 steps today .

1. Tony's update is so great that put everyone at the same level of consensus 

2, we don't have time to do the presentation as my " I lived " part took more than 90 minutes
