Ambassador strategy meeting

I spend whole day at ambassador hotel for the group strategy meeting - first time I observe how Frank chair the meeting , I take a note about what action should be taken or should be aware - it come up with 24 items . To head as COO need to deal with these big and small issues and operation deal with nothing but fixing .

Doing last assignment : coaching with Hubert . Achieve a few such as ;

- learn from COO what's the result from strategic meeting he miss

- rotate quarterly strategic meeting and get to know each property well

 Had a big fight with fruit this morning . She broke her promise and miss her class - the second day she enrolled to Long Hwa college - I am disappointment about her not response for what she should do and fail to keep her promise , not to mention the wrong attitude about blaming others .

I forgive her the moment she send the I am sorry line - it's no point not to support your own children . The door should open for them always .

 Learned last night that we should look at the good side about people around us . It give both party positive strength !
