It seems works for him and the procedure is :
🌳 Short time : by scheduling 
1. Ice breaker / centering 
2. Update for issue surfacing 
3. Identify one presentation and coaching subject 
4. Coaching admi : follow up next term 
🌳 Long term :
1. Identify core value : the top 3
2. Review core value apply to work / family / me 
3. Review current status 
- what's problem : identify solution 
- what's the issue : accept and accommodate 
- coaching action for problem : behavior indicator 
- coaching for issue : paradigm shift and sharing 
🌻Sharing method :
1.) Disclose with open and risk taking 
2.) Define and acceptance 
3.) Experience sharing with coach or peer
4. Appreciation 
5. The 4 A stage in changing :
- aware : surface and ice breaker / update 
- acknowledge :it's a problem or an issue
- action : do what we wish for changing 
- anchor : forming a new behavior . Environment and peer support 
6. 4 S in coaching 
- surface 
- sharing 
- support 
- sustain
