2. Don't let non qualified member take up CFF role and offer their service: fee or free ...
3. If language is a condition : how to inform or promote language specialist ?
4. Traveling resource: how it was identified and how to make it a fair play in backing region CFF pool ?
5. Rating and recertification criteria?
