Non stop is a discipline or not

5 nights 6 days in Tokyo , I perform 6 times if my own recreation without others hand - it's a discipline or I am overly abuse my " BODY " although I fully aware it's nothing to do with body .
My private and secrets life refrain me from ruining my reputation , it's critical to what I am doing now ..
