Our emotions is triggered by others - mainly other people's emotion . And how those unpleasant energy infusion to our mind is still a question to me .

I am not sure is the budget is irrelevant or the strategic mind of " buy one get one free " free ride is a must for surviving today . The even hijacked and the corporation with Adagio B & B ( or the trade off ) become the marketing angle which diluting our " good cause " and blurring the role " Talents Fly " / A Zone perform at the joint event ..
A Zone foundation manager is so upset and emotional - according to Angeli ( our project owner from Talents Fly ) who initially should be the coordinator to all possible dispute , however , she is taking a step back ( this is only my observation, don't want to get her hands dirty is her nature ) and rationale why Winds is doing - I am fine as there is no point to break my friendship with Ken but to reexamine what I did for them and should I continue to do so ...
KC is cool as a bystanders but he see things clear ..
my emotion is been trigger by Mayan and Angeli but not Ken or Winds Music .
I am journaling in order to bring back my peace of mind.
In addition , I am not so happy about having our volunteer such as Connie here and do " almost nothing " but to be a guest - I didn't reserve dinner seat for her ( and my impression change after preparing gma tickets for her . But after the show , nothing happen and no Thanks you .. It's don't sound like an HR specialist to me ) .
