1. When ask to simulate the situation, don't be trapped to take a role play - its will lead to some unthinkable projection.
2. Communication hurdles ( difficulty ) come from 3 aspect ( rehearsals again )
- 1) Fact . 2)? 3) Empathy: a) am I good enough ( capability challenge ) b) am I a good person ( integrity challenge ) c) why can I be love / respect as others ( feeling of fairness )
3. Proactive communication: make it happen ... Inactive communication: let it happen .. or Time is the remedy .
