My high / hype energy is an " in - between " syndrome.
We agree :
1. Boss must be the smartest in his company. Those who smarter than him either work on their own / find a smarter boss .. or the worst case - play dummy and live life easier working for you .
2. Communication dilute trust - if any corporation need efficiency, the leader can only allow official internal collaboration meeting once - for the second time , come to owners office for final decision .
3. Do the Right thing and Do the thing right
