It's a dynamic built naturally, it is the human nature blend with group nature . What's the long term/ mid term and short term goals for each key stakeholders, you can't find a perfect round and all stakeholders overlapping without any leak . Every team try to create a single round - One and have everyone follow the same belief.. it's an idea and it worth trying but don't be frustrated if the idea picture won't come to reality .
If we can find a perfect person , when we can create a perfect team - so .. now you know the game of team .
1. Don't pose the misunderstanding and to accumulate all the bad emotion .
2. Communication direct is important, information transparency is the prerequisite.
3. Think about your viewpoint? You back the issue or the person ? You rely on thing but trust in people .. people make you feel betrayal never the Things .
4. Can't afford to loose anyone now is also to strive a balance .
