After lunch session is difficult . People feel sleep always, TA design a group team Building exercise to get the group a group feel - a setting for coming session :
Master Wang is the leader in psychology base exercise , he use what I first leaned the first day to guild everyone to a " fully trust " status.

No reason , fully accepted , 100% trust team
Find your own way to express it ? Not via word nor writing .
Take reject fully and do it again all together
TA : not there yet is a challenge to treat your fully acceptance
We take 5 hours to be accredits and follow with a 30 minutes sharing
💒exercise :
I see , I hear , I feel and I know I am a person of love and passing it forward
Do it more than 21 times in your group and support your peers to perform
Everyone ended it after midnight and this is a " test your limit ; explore your potential " exercise ! It compare with what we do day 1 is totally different !

- we process trust exercise already
- we practice the rules on day 1
It's a good developing class ! They know what they are doing
