Enishi Japanese noodle

I spot this little noodle house month ago at night , and decided to eat one day ! In fact , there are like 4 unique noodle house in the near by area within CSR community office block .
Enishi is the fist one I pay a visit today , it's from Japanese , a traditional Laman shop with a long bar table - opposite to the bar is the cooking area , you can see how your noodle were prepared and serve to you ! Three are only 2 choice - dip noodle and soup noodle , the variety to the noodle is dd more noodle or stew pork , nothing else ! I order the soup noodle , it's a minx of sesame and other spices and ingredient , rich and strong , on the long table. Shop provide free ice tea , they know you will be thirsty afterglow the thick soup !
