Student reluctant to ask
Student don't like to raise hand first
Student don't feel comfortable if the space is not comfortably
Student won't used to challenge by coach in public
On stage often - similar situation as leaders , always have the impulse to talk but not to listen ; always want to challenge the rule base on his pass experience ( his comfort zone ), this is the blind spot for a coach also !
I am so blessed as the theory and skill are pretty much the same , what make the difference ? The master and his way of delivery !
On top of that - to position yourself in the right peer , right environments access to the sales pool - that change everything as well !
