Message deliver by Fumei

It's about time to call it an end , either from Regent or from me, corporate forum should serve 3 direction to be success and sustain :
1. Chairman or CEO taking one on one coach.
2. Corporate forum surface issue with open and trust 
3. Bringing consultant or internal task force to solve those surface 
 Bring CTC ( communion ; trust ; consensus )to workplace is much more important than doing it at training room .
Now what's in my mind is how to design and deliver my final course to them following forum protocol : listen ; accept ; question and sharing.
 This is real life about a coach or consultant - before you dry out or become disposal - you generate enough lead to subsitute .
For me , here after is my thought :
1. Spend relevant time with Hubert to build his empire 
2. Develop China with more time resource - corporate account and individual coachee 
3. Consolidate " transformation leader camp " 
4. Contribute on Xinwei Colleage's on going development 
5. Integrate and leverage J core entertainment into my realm of speciality
