3 hours dinner conversation covered most of the past - how David reclaim Spirox and fix problem seeded 3 years ago. I am surprise to learn many issues burst out of my surprise . I don't know why but take it as another life lesson.
David told me there is no one down and he is taking up almost all the vp role . Following is what in his mind :
1. A healthy model ( profit and sustain )
2. People and org Developement
3. Trust of culture
4. Vision
Without the healthy model , there is no way to talk about vision .
I had a feeling about Spirox and willing to take the challenge with David --
I miss Hsing chu also - HSR 31 minuts from taipei railroad station - connect MRT to Jingmei for another 20 minutes .
CTC is the module I can introduce and make a significant contribution ( communication ; trust ; consensus )
