It's a remote office and my reflection for the day:

1. Amba team : Clifford ; Warren ; Dino ; Angeli 

- Dino and Wareen need to build consensus 

- if Chi is no value at all , how we can prove to the owner we can take it and outperform he?

- Angeli need to get her hand dirty for the sake of Sungsan and Hubert.

- critical path ( master plan ) and role & responsibility is crucial .

2. Lunch with Chi 

- Hubert forget and delate for 75 minutes , it give me great room to connect with chi directly .

- internal consensus is key , I agree with him.

- get owners' approval timely is essential , I agree as well 

- the note book from " game of the throne " - the stake family , it's a metaphor or a coming train , as it said " winter is coming " I am worried about Hubett .

3. Angeli 

- but a house in taiwan 

- family issue 

4. Talent fly :

- 3 umbrella : workshop ; talent for God ; how for good 

- money done in jan

- next meeting on 14 of jan at my house
