HK forum retreat supercharge

It is quite a challenge, to conduct a 2 hours session and try to bring back a stale and seasoned Forum to a transect - transforming stage, I think I did it yesterday. in English, another challenge encountered.
by far, I have done 3 English Forum training : a full day 8 hours Fundamental Workshop with Beijing Chapter, one 4 hours supercharge with Shanghai Forum Retreat and a mini version - 2 hours HK Forum retreat. all the experience counted. the 'Father and Son " deepening connection exercise pave a great mood and what I modified is really works among all the westerners:

-- Play 2 part - My Father / I am father to build a 2 generation connection
-- Hand Writing letter on a Feed Forward methodology

For the Mandarin speaking Forum, the same Father and Son can be done with following way:
-- Reading Chu Che Chin " Back Shot " -- need someone to perform the vocal / tone part
-- 10 years letter to daughter

-- The same question can be used and
-- Writing letter part is a power tool also.
10 HK Forum mate were emotional and conduct deep sharing at the exercise, the final / ending gesture is a great invention I did:

compensate myself with a roast eel rice at Fei Chien Wu after the training. it felt great and check in csr office for another CKC " Corporate Culture KPI consensus workshop " session, interesting and constructive.
asked Meiling if we can go somewhere after my meeting, we decided to go Tamsui , our last journey to Tamsui is change the BMW and quit my job at Spirox, Tamsui changed a lot, what impress me this time:
1. The extended green shore along the Tamsui River side, it looks so European
2. The Yuan Tien Kwang Soap Concept shop : run into Mr. Yuan - the creative soap owner and get acquainted with his dog - rice noodle , a great place to have tea
3. Dark Palace pork rib restaurant : it change the Black Shop to Dark Palace and open one chain store next to Tamsui MRT station, we read the story and yes, it provide quality to the pork rib.
