Steven Pan sit next to me on the presentation session , right after my coaching with Hubert - 2 hotel business owner are my client on coaching - when exchange forum deployment for Regent ! I had a Bette picture about Steven - who dislike old school way of doing business and not appreciate other in the box management style - he emphasizes on entrepreneur again and again , believe in owner perspective and taking " serve as who want to be " to a profit center principal - serve your customer and the owner - don't work for any other person in the hierarchy ! To build a forum which can accommodate such a strong leader won't be an easy task !
Hubert is the other type of leader - care less and smart ! At the dinner - I organize a concert group - ray Lin jump on the wagon and the 88 dream and " side project " seems to coming back !
