1. Change is so difficult so we forecast the successful change of behavior is way lower then normal situation , we had a relatively high winning way on predict future behavior .
2. 180 degree of changing is what'a imprint in our mind , but is we narrow the angel - say begin with a 30 degree change , we have more confidence on that .
3, what preventing us from changing behavior ? The comfort zone / habitual domain ? Think about safe zone before comfort zone .
4. It's not how you feel but how people see : declare your changing plan . Action with aide of coach . Set milestone in changing . Celebrate on small success . Announce you done it . Repeat and taking new change goal ( a better cycle )
