I saw his face in my coaching session / mentoring today -- now I know why his one down behavior this way - as a matter of fact , I was consider to release myself from the consultant role at the moment . Another good lesson : don't put myself back to any corporate environment .

Nixer is another case - your kindliness to young talent won't be trade off - not only you suffer a less satisfied quality yet you reserve your right to tell how you felt . Good lesson in both.

Met with Hochen always fun -- we can hardly finish our conversion . My mission 

- to build the bridge cross strait and help not high level to dialogue 

Luis have another idea and this wishful thinking put me Hochen and himself to a brainstorming lunch .

  By interviewing and present his biz model ( thinking model ) a triangle always - he is gatherer information for his new book.
