Ask yourself - introspective self-coaching

1. What things you do today is a new experience ?
2. Who you meet today give you a new thought for the day ?
3. What picture / image you see spark or release your mind ?
4. What activity you do either make you happy or make you money ?
5. What word you want to say to yourself before go to bed ? 
6. What line / paper / document / presentation / article / books you read can be a quote to yourself?
7. If you can take a picture to highlight today , what photo ( picture ) is it ?
Others :
1. With oneself : 10 minutes meditation with yourself 
2. With thoughts : 30 minutes reading to anything 
3. With reflection : why I develop such a thought / behavior ? And my learning from it .
4. With gratitude : what / who I appreciate for today .
