H : I am afraid

H: when people tell me ( no matter  in good or ugly manner ) you should / you can - I began to tremble and anxiety hitting me ..
R: how about we rephrase to : " I want to" instead of "they ask me" ? It's a way to take back your life and gaining more self-esteem .
H: the medication I took this time didn't work as well as before , my sleeping quality didn't improve and it leave me more anxiety and nervous 
R: let's try to follow every step doctor instruct before we make our own conclusion .
H: I can't stay in a place for too long , either house or office , my emotion goes up and down significantly , I want to escape from the Cacoon .
R: we trapped by our own imagination , let's not been controlled by what we think will happen and yet happens , try to find your inner freedom - doing the thing you enjoy in the place you dislike then you will forget how time fly.
H: how to love myself ?
R : appeecite little things in dairy life . Slow down and observe , it's not hard to love yourself , don't become the victims of your own thoughts . Here this " don't expect everyday is good day , but to find good thing in every day .
