It ain't easy to find good stew pork rice

Driving to chang Hwa for all the famous stew pork rice - it's Monday and most of the famous one take the day off - we've been check here and there - kind of disappointed since we drove all the way - do we need strategy for enjoy local delicacy ?

1. Never on Saturday/ Sunday - crazy crowd 

2. Don't do it on Monday : they take day off often 

3. Better stay over night on weekend and you can really enjoy one by one 

4. Don't over eating as any vendor or you won't have decent appetite for orhes 

5. Study and plan your route earlier .

6. Ask the local : somethings the famous not the local appreciate.
