What I will do ?
1. Be silence to his message about KC is difficult to communicate with - as the consulting firm is hired by culture of ministry for " check " A Zone status / why need this redundancy ? Make things improve is not to check
2.Why Tom take the messages role ? As he knows clearly that I am not " in the same chemical level with him " to take the messenger role won't improve our relationship.
3.whats wrong with KC - it's accumulate complain about his low EQ - stubborn and difficult to communicate- should I let him know ? Remember what he told me " I am so happy that not one in my road stop me to where I want to do here at A Zone " trust is one thing . Get things done properly is another .
