I got it : about TF training

I read through the facilitator good and participant guild , run through 2 power point and check my note before , then I come up with my version of training curriculum :

1. Opening with a " right here right now " paradigm shift for 2 days 

2. 4 modules connect with video I select : emotion ; vanuability ; feedback ; curiosity .

3. Process for all , debrief for mine .

4. Presentations set up : card is the key weapon .

I spend 5 hours at VIP lounge of ambassador hotel figure out my " slides lead rationale " to organize my thoughts .

Now my confidence level is : 75% 

What's next :

1. Master the guidebook 

2. Memo for all the slide I prepare 

3. My own story to demonstrate
