Nightmare at Grand Hyatt BANGKOK

1.Radio alarm in the room automatically activated twice after midnight , I have to pull it out of the outlet . It never happen before .

2. Someone is singing in the room 

3. No way to turn off lights inside bathroom 

4. Endless bad dreams 

This is the first time I will request for changing room and I will do it right after breakfast .
