I ate at ambassador hotel employee restaurant for lunch - over eating and it's so delicious . This is my 3rd times there .

Gavin is not a coaching session , share his observation over the 11 months at Ambassador - 

1. By implement PMS system - some of the old problem will be dig out , it depend on leaders's mind to solve or not.

2. The culture here is wait / no response / ignore until the deadline approaching and everyone try to bail themselves out.

3. It's not about culture or old routine , it's about what's right and how can be better .
