4. Move up the video session up to late afternoon and leaves the audience a good rest / eat / drink and mingul is a good process change .

5. Appreciate all the challenge and welcome it at a harmony way . 

6. Bold can be risky but you dare to try .

7. The big group ice breaker to surface a " happy birthday " surprise is a good ice breaker .

8. The song " I do believe " can have everyone shake their body -- exercise .

To be better :

1. First day first 90 minutes should be more intensive 

2. Some of the module such as " searching for your dream " can be more deep . To have team to know each other better and to create time for everyone to go deeper .

3. To work on my PC . Or draw on white board , I do ass to audience many times .

4. Get to know each other from light to heavy - not to inject heavy dose of " open "
