Noah long term

" slow yes ; quick no " I share what I learnt from Stephen Tzui to chin Bao - and we conclude following :
1. Taking the consultant role as CCC : chief corprote coach role for my regular one on one 
2. Forming and build / moderate chi boa forum with YPO machnism 
3. Train and develop moderaotor / coach for 30 Noah eduction sub group : TTT : first forum : forum retreat : CFF camp.
4. Support coming diamond member annual meeting at San Ya , 
Other idea :
1. Relocate to SH 
2. Invest in north Ed 
3. Conduct " on friendship " series 
4. Co-build wellness center 
5. Bring yoga ( physical health ) to complete wellHness center mindset 
With Noah Ed team :
1, address market : company wih functions 
2. Outdoors Noah certified coach to corprote 
3. Target : client / client's company 
4. Budget : acquisition cost ( Noah ) vs retention cost ( Noah Ed provide value added service : quality life - contbue education , peer learning group )
