BOD taste of forum

It's only a taste of forum - process and emotions in conducing consensus meeting for peer group :

I am surprise to see Tina find it works so well , I am touch by Christine who show her vulnability , I am exciting to see Sandra and Rose take the leadership , I am impressed by Liz so keen in learning and I am wondering why kathrine join our session without saying she will show up. And I do find the impact on Hsiao Ling is significant . 

It's a good session and I learn by
