Circle of networking and discount relationship

Introduce / referral should be discounted - this is a common sense , if you weight the same , you will bring yourself to the trouble of dealing unpleasant / unexpected situations .
Venishian hotel experience is a lesson to me , why I am not learning ?
- car / eat / drink / singing / fuck is a protocol of good buddy treatment - they done it all , and you have to take it all 
- they do it with the same circle of networking - or to put it this way , the line  of circle is overlap .
 If no one can really understand others , and if we agree no is exactly the same , why drap to the " you do me good , I return the favor exactly the same to the one you expect me to " but never the " user " or " receiver " perspective ?
