J coaching

My take away :
1. Almost everyone have a heart of change , but it become difficult when it come to executions .
2. Family biz takes biz as extended family - are you favor in becoming a family member ? Good and bed.
3. Slow Yes and Quick No on any negotiations.
4. Transparent is the prerequisite of Trust - disclosed and giving first is the sign of engagement mutual trust 
5. How you read it ? 
6. Owners don't have the capacity and capability to know all the business , do instead they try to understand people who run / know the business . 
7. Begin from stregetic viewpoint before organization change .
8. 2 ways to show tour accountability:
- resign or 
- insist to take full consequences.
9. Caught in between is a chain reactions, from the top and you will hold the threshold as well. 
10. Prove your professionalism by asking right question and following questions . Other will learn from the session .
11. Return favor by invite to a causal session - you play a equal role is build the bond
