There's nothing call " over preparation "

The 3 effictive communication need more on site practice :

1. Self assessment : can be more precise on each score and provide a Chinese translation .

2. Feedback need a prior notification but it will the put all participatant in a " I am here for training and assignment base "

3. Feed foreward " themes " design should be done earlier ... And save time for practice 

Do good :

1. ---- is a life learning and it require life practicing do trigger emotion and vulnaviality .

2. Feedback sharing for : one you can accept as the blind spot is good
