This is a kick off session : I appreciate Fu's support and thanks to KC who willing to devote his time and energy / experience to support future success of A Zone.

Big Eric - operation and adminsation director who share the overall spending - this is ok and if we can manage to come up with new / breakthrough energy plan ( electricy mainly )

Eric Yang - in term of cross - industry co-op and creatively develop more idea bringing traffic - there's room to improve 

Li Lung : new head of sales and should contribute 85% of total revenue is in trouble - for this a revise plan needed and support from KC is immidiate ... 

If communication & consensus is critic issue within a zone , no one can escape from the responsibility . Top from Hubert - Frances and down to everyone - operation is detail / retailing is details and this is a nature role for everyone 

It take at least 6 months to dig it and require Fu's endeavors for Bringing alternative revenue .
