Emergency

It's from H and impact me : what I can understand:

1. A Zone can no longer be the money pit - who ( am I ) can response for its p & l ( in a reasonable manner )

2. Coaching need or not ? If this is for money saving , I can do it as courtesy 

3. Independent director: for saving the 50.000 / monthly is trivial , for making the board function is critical 

Conflict of interest : if to trade forum works contract to a independent director role , the lost of income won't justify this and my reflection on this :

1. H is nervous now as no more financial support will come from his botherer or ambassador group 

2. Non performing role of France cover many asses and now it all surfacing 

3. The shelin development need a transformation to sustain and maintain contract from S.

4. Ambassador is something he don't want to deal / talk about now .

I can lived with that - if termination of Shelin development or a zone is a must , I can move from the 1.8 millions recently and to replace with new income . But how to support a friend to survive his mood and sustain his businssss is another critical issue . No panic and no anxiety . I should come up with my own solution .
