1. If the protocol can't be strictly exercises , if will be so difficult to facilitate by heart .

2. If non of the table leader ( small group leader ) don't have a crue about what a moderator is all about . The flow can't be delivers ( a pre moderator training is essential for a big group )

3. No interpution and no absent minded intruder is important 

4. Knows your audience in advance is crucial .

5. No matter how good you prepare , it participant is not ready , your efforts will be discount .
