I appreciate what Charles said about me : high and honest 

What I learn from him:

1. 100% left brain thinking 

2. System and tool driving 

3. Prove of concept before roll out major commitment 

4. From one on one but not frame to rigid frameworks 

5. A Teach / guild of what ? Why and how on the Forum everything 

6. To maximize my right brain to the left brain development .

My take away from the conversation :

1. I know I can make a change everyday when walking to my office , and it's been 25 years 

2. When I am in office , I am frames and become a different person 

3. I know if slide is not coming from me , I will not buy in , not to mention all in 

4. I am couries about everything and want to learn - it's a hobby for 20 years
