The fair game for distribute parking space

Our little community will hold a session to discuss the " parking space " issue and the notice letter mention the decision can be made by those who attend the meeting - a bais and unfair approach , I told Meilijg if a fair game should be perform :

1. In our community : every house eligible to own one parking lot 

2. The remaining space for additional parking by 2 means 

- your second parking space request : by lucky draw on annual base 

- your third and more parking space request by bidding - the tender who offer higher rental win and the money will contribute to community funds .
