Exercise is doing your own good

1. Practicing your displine 
2. Give yourself a lift 
3. Refresh thinking even mind wounding 
So this is a basic rule :
Good weather - climbing Mounties 
Bad weather - shaking hands 
No good or bad mood should change it .
Sign the " no invasion reduce " decleartion yesterday . I should take care of myself .
