A zone - Fu

This is minor but it do influence my emotion :
1. Call to stop the budget 
2. Re-direct to his agenda 
3. Not able to align with investor / shareholders goal and interest 
4. No in the leading change position 
5. Mis / less communication with owner 
Any key item can break down to 10 bugs but I am not here to debug : as a consultant , we spot the issue , offered solution and monitor on the implementation - evening should trace back to its governance - management and operation .
Any thoughts ?
1. Call fu to fully aware his " can't do "
2. Explain my mission to support his success and align with Hubert's interest 
3. If gap is significant , then we should conduct a face to face session with owner immediately and readjust the Gail and action 
4. Final will be my suggesting to Hubert and be very careful about F - he is bypass yet in the loop with F .. 
Don't be influence too deep.  It's no worthy .
