Elena and Cathrin's palace

It's summer palace for Catherine from Peter the Great - it's his second marriage and he don't like Russia so met Catherine in St.peterbueg and build a 16 rooms palace wih huge garden - they didn't enjoy it much . Their daughter Elisabeth renovate to a 60 took place to accommodate 1000 servant to it .

Wonder occupied SPB for 8 months ( Oct to May ) so winter palace is huge oft the hemitage which I will see tomorrow morning . It's for Peter the great : more than 1000 rooms - what will I see : related to China and Michellengelo . Simple and elegant :

The Amber room is an unifw story and this is why I bought the post card
