Emotion arose when communication with KC

Why every time this emotion happens ? Dose he love his work but again rest of the world ?

I am not going to suffer this , by asking me not to trust anyone but him , how can I sit and let others feel offense by him ?

If the guts and commitment it there , I should :

1. Place him as the vp for a zone 

2. Have him commit to spend time and effort there ? Don't play with me , really 

3. Always said replace somebody but reluctant to take the vacancy , for instance : tempering .

 Again only yes or no change our life , maybe never will.
