Woke up 5:30 am become normal, don't want to waste life so I did my Ted walk depending on weather conditions. The walking Take Away this morning:
1. My angle sprain getting much better due to the long walk and blood circulation .
2. The talk this morning: To forgive , only love is not enough : cumbilan shooting, suicide turn homocide Dylan's mother share her experience , its so profound .
3. The old man climb up with a stick , people younger than him ( well they car consider old people ) ask his age ?" I am 102 " ? " excuses me you are 102 years old ? " " yes , Why ? 102 can't climb " the old man smile at everyone. No matter he is 102 or not , once he decided to choose his age , he become young again .
